Twitter co-founder Ev Williams invests in Typefully

At Typefully, we’re building the writing app for Twitter creators, designed to help them craft their best content, and grow their audiences fast.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Evan Williams, Twitter co-founder and Medium founder, has invested in Typefully. At the same time, we’re hiring for new positions to grow our small team, and start the next chapter of Typefully’s journey.

We share with Ev a common vision to make both content creation and consumption on the internet easier, more friendly, and more time-conscious. Ev’s support and experience help us to execute our ambitious roadmap to make Typefully the best writing app for the web.

In fact, with more platforms and features arriving soon, we’re already actively working to go beyond Twitter and empower even more creators on different platforms to craft engaging and media-rich content.

With the recently released Team and Commenting features, we’re also making Typefully collaborative, making it easy to get feedback and bounce off ideas before publishing.

We’re stoked to have a vibrant community of creators that have published more than 450,000 tweets and threads using Typefully.
